Terms and Conditions of Booking

 
  1. Accommodation can be taken
    1. From 14:00 to 17:00 on the day of arrival. We cannot receive new guests with reservations arriving outside this period.
    2. Accommodation can be used until 10:30 am on the day of departure.
  2. Terms and Conditions of Cancellation – cancellation penalty
    1. upon cancellation within 3 - 7 days, 50% of the total fee charged as cancellation penalty
    2. upon cancellation within 1 - 2 days, 100% of the total fee shall be charged as cancellation penalty
    Customer shall advise Pólus Panzió about cancellation in writing in every case. In the event the guest arrives on a later day within the confirmed period of stay or leaves earlier, he/she shall pay the total cost of accommodation for the total of the booked period. Upon late cancellation or no-show the total price of the booking shall be charged.
    The accommodation provider reserves the right to put credit cards on hold in advance, prior to arrival.
  3. Method of payment: we accept cash, SZÉP card or bank cards: MasterCard, Maestro, MasterCard Electronic, Visa, Visa Electronic, American Express, VPay, OTP Bank and UnionPay.
    Bills are payable upon arrival by netting the amount of advance payment. Kindly send 50% of the amount of your booking as advance payment.Kindly ensure that the name and address of the sender of the advance payment be identical with the name and address to which the final invoice is made out; no invoices can be made out in different names.
    Breakfast is served from 8-10 am daily.
    Outdoor parking is available for cars and bicycles in the yard. No pets are allowed indoors. Camera surveillance system in operation.
